These terms govern your use of Taraba Data (https://tarabadata.com.ng), operated from Hammaruwa Way, Jalingo, Taraba State, Nigeria. By creating an account or making a purchase you accept these terms.

You must provide accurate details and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your password, transaction PIN and device secure. Notify us immediately at tarabadatasub@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Wallet funding is done by bank transfer to the dedicated virtual account issued to you. Funds are credited automatically once the transfer is confirmed by our payment partner. Wallet balances are for purchasing services on this platform.

You are solely responsible for confirming the phone number, meter number, smartcard number or betting ID before confirming a purchase. Orders delivered to a correct but unintended recipient cannot be reversed. Delivery is normally instant; where a network or provider is experiencing downtime an order may be queued or automatically reversed to your wallet.

Prices are displayed before you confirm any purchase and may change at any time in line with provider rates. The price shown at the point of confirmation is the price charged.

• Fraud, money laundering or use of stolen payment instruments
• Reselling in breach of a network operator's terms
• Attempting to bypass PIN, authentication or rate limits
• Automated abuse of bonuses, referrals or cashback

Accounts involved in the above may be suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by network operators, utility providers, banks or internet outages beyond our control. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected transaction.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
